HLG Conference

IFMH attended the HLG Conference, 21-22nd July in Cardiff.  Our stand attracted quite a lot of interest in the group from delegates.  This resulted in nearly 40 new associate members.  In addition IFMH hosted a session, Changing rooms: designing an Information and Library Service presented by Ray Philips, Head of Information & Service Development at the King's Fund.  Attendance exceeded expectation and positive comments were received about his interesting and thought-provoking presentation.  Please also see his article about it on the front page.

Annual General Meeting

The 2008 Annual General Meeting will be held on September 18th at ScHARR in Sheffield.  The meeting will commence at 12.30 p.m. Further details will be distributed on the IFMH members’ discussion list.

  3. To provide CPD opportunities for subscribers through Study Days.
  4. Enable members to exchange ideas, information and concerns with other members, and the IFMH Committee.
