Get Involved with IFM Healthcare
If you would like to get involved in IFM Healthcare there are
a number of ways you can participate in the activities of the
group:
- You may like to join us on the committee. We meet about 4 times
a year in various parts of the UK. The committee is small and
informal and provides a good opportunity to meet people working
in the health information field.
- Or you might like to write an article for Inform, the IFM Healthcare
newsletter. Some issues of the newsletter are themed, and these
are usually linked to a recent IFM Healthcare study day, but we
are also keen to publish articles or regular columns on any issue
related to healthcare management. If you'd like to find out more
about writing for Inform please contact the joint editor,
Helen Carter for more information.
- Volunteer to speak at an IFM study day. If you'd like to share
your research or practical experience with other professionals
with an interest in health and social care management information,
contact Alison Brettle,
Joint IFM Study Day Co-ordinator, and she'll add your name to
our list of potential speakers.
- You can also sign up to the IFM
Healthcare discussion list and exchange ideas and information
with other IFM Healthcare members
