Andrew Booth,
SCHARR
Andrew is a Senior
Lecturer in Evidence Based Healthcare Information at the University of Sheffield
where he is Director of Information Resources for the School of Health and
Related Research. A health librarian since 1983, Andrew has subsequently
acquired ten years’ experience of all aspects of evidence based practice
including, most recently, in information practice and in social care. Andrew is
an author and co-editor of Evidence Based Practice: a Handbook for
Informational Professionals (forthcoming March 2004) and Exploiting
Knowledge in Health Services (forthcoming April 2004) both to be published
by Facet (formerly Library Association) Publishing.
